Galleries
Do my clients need an account?
No. They open the link, enter the PIN if you set one, and view or download straight away. No signup, on any device.
How many photos can a gallery hold?
Your free gallery includes 5GB, around 480 photos. Paid galleries scale up to 50GB, about 4,800 photos. Any gallery can move up a size later, so you are never stuck at a limit mid-shoot.
Are the photos watermarked or clean?
You choose per gallery. Show watermarked previews while clients make their picks, then switch to clean, full-resolution downloads when you are ready to deliver.
How long does a gallery stay online?
Every gallery has a 6-month active window. You can extend it from your dashboard before it ends, and you will get a reminder as the date approaches.
Do you take a commission on my sales?
Never. Lensdrop is a delivery tool, not a storefront. We never touch your sales or your clients' money, so you keep 100% of what you charge.
Can I see if my client opened the gallery?
Yes. Every gallery has an Activity tab showing who opened it, when, how many people downloaded, and a world map of where it was viewed. Counts are real people, not page loads, and you get a quiet notification the first time a client opens.
Can clients download everything at once?
Yes. When downloads are on, clients grab the whole gallery as a single zip, or pick out individual photos. Originals, full resolution.
Can I upload straight from my camera?
Yes. Pro bodies from Sony, Canon, Nikon and Fujifilm with built-in Wi-Fi FTP can send JPEGs directly into a gallery as you shoot, no laptop needed.
Pricing
What if the gallery ends up bigger than I expected?
There is nothing to guess. Upload the whole shoot, up to 50GB, and the price is set from what you actually stored at the moment you share. Guessing the size up front was the old way, and it is gone.
What happens if I never share a gallery?
You pay nothing. A draft you have not shared is archived after 7 days, with reminders on day 3 and day 6. Archiving does not delete anything: your photos stay put for another 7 days and paying restores the gallery, so there are two weeks in all before a draft is cleared.
Do you take a commission on my sales?

Can I add storage or time to a gallery later?
Yes, both. Move a paid gallery up a size and pay only the difference between the two prices, so you never pay twice for storage you already bought. A free gallery moves up at the full price of the size it lands on, which comes to the same total either way. Extending keeps a gallery online for another 3 months.
Which currency will I be charged in?
Photographers in India pay in rupees, with UPI, cards and netbanking. Everywhere else is billed in US dollars. You can preview either on this page.
Is there a subscription anywhere in this?
No. Every price on this page is a one-time charge for one gallery. There is no monthly fee, no seat count, and nothing to cancel.
