Refund Policy

Lensdrop is a pay-per-gallery photo-delivery tool: you pay for a gallery when you create it, and we never charge your clients. Payments are processed by Razorpay for customers in India and by Polar, our Merchant of Record, for customers elsewhere. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method through whichever provider handled your purchase.

Try before you pay

Every account starts with 2 free galleries, so you can deliver a real gallery and see exactly how Lensdrop works before paying for anything. That is the simplest way to make sure it fits how you work.

Changed your mind?

A paid gallery is created and reserved for you the moment you pay, so purchases are generally final. As a goodwill money-back exception, if you buy a gallery and then change your mind, we will refund it within 7 days as long as it is unused, meaning nothing has been uploaded to it.

Used galleries

Once you have uploaded photos to a gallery, it has done its job and consumed storage, processing, and delivery, so it is non-refundable, including if it later expires or you delete it.

Add-ons

Storage upgrades, window extensions, and remove-branding apply to a specific gallery and take effect immediately, so they are non-refundable once purchased.

If something goes wrong on our end

If Lensdrop fails to deliver what you paid for because of a fault on our side, we will always make it right with a refund or a free gallery. Just reach out.

How to request a refund

Email hello@lensdrop.app with the email on your account and your order details. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
